On 3rd of December'18, World Disabled Day Abhigyane Foundation organised a yoga session fordisabled children with the aim of their physical strength. As we all knows yoga gives us physically and mentally strength. Our yoga instructor tought them what are the best yoga asanas according to their abilities and how it's useful in their life.
